What this is
For most local businesses, the Google Business Profile is the first thing customers see. It’s the box with your name, stars, photos, hours and phone number that shows up on Google Maps and in search. Many people decide whether to call you right there, without ever opening your website.
Google and AI tools read it too. A profile that’s complete, current and active gives them more reasons to show you.
What’s in every plan
- Weekly care. Every week your profile gets checked and improved: your details, categories, services, hours and photos, and the fixes that matter most, biggest first.
- Google posts. 4 a month on Starter, 6 on Growth and 8 on Pro. Offers, news, recent jobs and answers to common questions, so customers can see you’re open and busy.
- Every review answered. A thoughtful reply to every new Google review, good or bad. People read the replies, and Google notices an owner who pays attention.
- More than one location? Each extra location gets its own weekly care, posts and review replies.
Honest expectations
A well-kept profile is not a ranking trick, and I won’t sell it to you that way. It helps Google trust your details, and it helps people choose you once they find you. Getting more reviews still comes from asking happy customers. I’ll show you an easy way to do that.
What I need from you
Manager access to your Google Business Profile. Google lets you add me as a manager, so you stay the owner and never share your password. If you have real photos of your work, your team or your place, send them. Real is better than perfect.
