What this is
When someone nearby searches “dentist near me” or “furnace repair Sherwood Park”, Google shows two things. A map with a few businesses on it, and a list of websites under it. Being in either one brings calls. Being in neither means customers find someone else.
Getting there is called local search (or local SEO, for search engine optimization). In plain words: making it easy for Google to understand what you do, where you do it, and why you’re a good choice.
What’s in every plan
- A full check-up at the start. Before anything changes, your website and local presence get a full local search check-up, so the work goes where it matters most.
- Research into what locals search for. The words people really type when they look for what you do, plus the topics people are talking about.
- Search phrases to work on. Up to 10 on Starter, 20 on Growth, 30 on Pro and 40 on Premium. They’re shared across your locations, about 10 for each.
- Your pages improved. At the start, up to 10, 20, 30 or 40 pages of your website (depending on your plan) are tuned so Google understands what each one is about.
- Technical fixes every month. Google’s free tools, Search Console and Analytics, show problems on your website. Each month the most important ones get fixed: 1 on Starter, up to 4 on Premium. Plus one fix a month from a full website check-up with a professional SEO audit tool.
- Help getting found. A page Google hasn’t listed can’t show up. Your plan includes help getting your pages found and listed (indexed) by Google.
- Google Maps map points. Where you show up on Google Maps depends on where the person searching is standing. So your Google Maps visibility is checked from points spread across your area, showing where nearby customers can and can’t find you: 10 map points on Starter, 20 on Growth, 30 on Pro and 50 on Premium.
- Ongoing work. Your website and local presence keep getting attention every month. With more than one location, the focus rotates between them.
Honest expectations
Google says local results depend mostly on three things: how well you match the search, how close you are to the person searching, and how well known your business is. Distance is something nobody can change. That’s why your position can look different from one side of town to the other.
I don’t promise a #1 spot. Google says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking, and to be wary of anyone who does. What you get is the work in your plan and an honest report from me each month, so you can judge it for yourself.

What I need from you
